Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses the universal life force energy that flows through all of us to heal and promote wellness. The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause inflammation and illness. Reiki helps remove these blocks to improve the flow of energy around the body.
